Kuveyt Türk Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (‘Kuveyt Türk Portföy’) was established with the permission granted by the Capital Markets Board at its 28.04.2015 dated and 11/509 numbered meeting and received the Certificate of Authorisation to Operate on 07.09.2015.
As stated in its articles of association, Kuveyt Türk Portföy's main field of activity is the establishment and management of investment funds within the framework of the provisions of the Capital Markets Law and related legislation.
Kuveyt Türk Portföy will fulfil its activities within the framework of international interest free finance principles. A High Advisory Board independent of the management has been established to oversee this compliance (see: High Advisory Board Regulation).
