Kuveyt Türk Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (“Kuveyt Türk Portföy”) was started under the license issued by the Capital Market Board in its meeting no. 11/509 held on 28.04.2015 and received a business authorization certificate on 07.09.2015. As specified in its articles of association, the main business line of Kuveyt Türk Portföy is to establish and manage investment funds in accordance with the Capital Market Law and other applicable legislation. Kuveyt Türk Portföy does business in accordance with the international interest free finance principles. A Senior Advisory Committee acting independent from its management was formed to supervise its compliance with the said principles (see the Senior Advisory Committee Regulation). Kuveyt Türk Portföy is a 100% subsidiary of Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. Kuveyt Türk Portföy is involved in almost all of the fields of asset management.
