All entrepreneurs who have a scalable project focusing on technology and innovation and who can develop it are eligible to apply for Teknogirişim GSYF.
Do applicants have to have legal person status?
Teknogirişim GSYF invests only in joint stock companies. If your business is not a joint stock company or has any other legal person status, you should incorporate a joint stock company before receiving investment.
Will you acquire any shares against investment? What is your ticket size?
Teknogirişim GSYF invests TL 250,000 to 1,000,000 in a project at its early stage and acquires proportional shares of the investee company’s capital for the consideration of it.
Is there a specific time to apply?
Applications may be made any time. However, the GSYF Investment Committee meets once a month to hear the applications received and preliminarily accepted after its last meeting.
Do you invest in ideas?
Teknogirişim GSYF invests in projects in which a product is ready and there are customers for it or which is in customer finding stage. If you are in gestation stage or your product is not ready yet, you can apply to
Lonca Entrepreneurship Center and finish your product process with help from the mentors there.
